- At this time, Goblin Kids ships within the United States and to Canada. We also ship world wide through Bongo. We strive to process and ship orders within one business day from the day that they are received. For orders over $60, customers within the continental United States have the option of free shipping. For orders under $60 we offer a low flat rate shipping of $4.95. Whenever free shipping or the low flat rate shipping have been selected we will decide which carrier to ship through. You always have the option of expedited shipping through FedEx at an additional cost. In the rare event that there is a question or problem with your order, additional processing time may be required. We will contact you should such an event occur.

- Returns
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason it does not meet your needs we offer a 30 day refund, less original shipping fee. You will pay the cost of shipping for normal and usual returns (vs. damaged returns). Product(s) must be returned in new and unused condition with the accessories and tag(s) attached for a full refund of the purchase price. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return. After receiving the return within 30 days from the date that you received it, we will inspect the merchandise and reimburse your credit card for the purchase price and sales tax (if applicable). Original shipping cost or the cost of return shipping are not refundable, as mentioned above. For orders that initially qualified for free shipping, if the return puts the order below the minimum required for free shipping (or if the whole order that qualified for free shipping is returned) the flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the refund. - Payment & Promotions
- Payment is due at the time of purchase and your order will not be processed until your payment has cleared. If there is a problem with your payment, we will contact you in order to resolve the issue. We have many payment options to suit your needs: Visa, Mastercard, Discover or PayPal (where you have the option of using American Express). At this time we are not accepting checks or money orders.
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing on certain items. We do this for many reasons; the item may be new in stock, going out of production, or is left over from a previous year. Promotional pricing varies and is only valid on the item(s) specified. We reserve the right to change the promotional pricing at our discretion, but will never do so once an order is placed for that item. - Account & Order Information
- Registering an account with Goblin Toys offers many benefits. Among other things you can save your shipping and billing information for a faster checkout process, access your order information, track shipped orders, keep a wishlist for items that you would like to order in the future, and view any product reviews that you have written.
